We offer a 7 day return policy for any item. If you are not 100 percent satisfied for any reason, you may return the item (shipping exluded both ways). If by some chance, your item is damaged in shipment and insurance was purchased, we will send the papers so that you may file a claim. (This has only happened a few times in the last 12 years of selling).

We generally ship within 1 business day. If you wish a special type of shipping that is not listed, let us know and we will give you different shipping options.
