I want all buyers who shop from Suncity to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. I will accept returns as long as they are returned in the same condition that it was shipped. For returns, we allow 7 days from when the buyer receives their order to try it out and if there happens to be damaged or defective items we will gladly replace them. Otherwise, buyer can return it to our Returns Department and a full refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

We ship orders the next business day after receiving cleared payment for customers in USA & Canada. All orders with in USA include tracking number & insurance free of charge.

For international orders, please allow an extra 3 days for handling as we have to properly fill out all the correct customs forms and any other legal preparations the post office requires.
