If you do decide that a product does not meet design expectations, we will accept its return for exchange or refund as long as the product is returned to us undamaged, in original condition and original packaging, within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us before sending. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes, tags, labels, and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping.

We are unable to accept returns on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than 15 days after delivery. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we cannot issue credits for non-qualifying merchandise and cannot return the merchandise to you.
