Return/Refund Policy
Returns are accepted for a full refund for any reason within 7 days of the time you receive your shipment. All original packaging must be included and the product must be undamaged and in new condition. We ask you to assume the cost of return shipping unless you are returning the product because of a technical problem (see below).

If a product has a technical problem within 30 days after you receive it we will either replace the item or offer a full refund. Once you have returned the product we will evaluate the problem and contact you about either a refund or replacement. We will refund the cost of return shipping if you do not receive a replacement.

Delivery / Shipping charges
We offer products that are in our inventory and in the inventory of other suppliers, domestic and Chinese. Items delivered free from China usually take 5-7 days but may take up to 30 days depending on the supplier (we try to let you know how long free delivery may take for each individual product). Whenever possible we offer free shipping. Where domestic shipping charges apply we offer USPS Parcel Post and UPS ground.
