Description

The Compact Soil Sifter is designed to filter out stones, roots, and other debris from soil being prepared for planting, leaving nothing but smooth topsoil that your plants will love -- especially if you mix it with compost, manure or peat moss as part of the process. It is the same width as the Original Soil Sifter, and is intended to sit on top of a wheelbarrow, but is only half the length (18" x 28"), as you can see in the photograph, for easier handling. It's also more economical, at a cost of only $34.95, plus $15 shipping and handling (continental U.S. only). It has two adjustable metal brackets on two sides to fit any size wheelbarrow. (Not with wooden brackets as shown.)
