No refunds are given unless if you receive a damaged item. In which case you need to send me a digital photograph of the damaged item. After it has been received we will review it and once approved you will ship the item back to our store. Once it has been received by us a refund will be issued for the cost of the item plus shipping cost.Returns will be issued a store credit or exchange.
