Picture size is 11-inches by 16-inches

I am not an art expert, so this is my opinion: It appears to be a charcoal drawing, and looks to be an original. There are some light smudges around the edges that could be from the artists' hand being chalky and rubbing against the outer perimeters of his drawing.
