Treasure Chest Consignments, as the name implies, sells items for people on a consignment basis.
We specialize in Antiques, Collectibles, Estate Sales, Business Inventory Liquidation or Overstock, Vinyl Records, Books, Rare and Unusual Items and the occasional Yard Sale item.
Since the majority of our items are on consignment, we cannot guarantee they came from 'smoke free', or, 'pet free' homes.
All items are represented in a Fair and Honest Manner, pointing out any known faults as well as the 'good stuff'.

Welcome....and Thank You for stopping by to 'take a peek' at my item for sale.
For your consideration we offer a Vintage, maybe even Antique, Toleware Tray or Platter whichever suits your fancy.
This Hand Painted Toleware has Vibrant Coloring both on the Outer Edge which features Flowers, Apples, Cherries, and what I take to be Lemons and Oranges.
The Center has Mr Tom Turkey, all decked out in Blue, Orange, Brown, Black and sporting a Red 'Beard'. Quite Impressive I think...if you run your finger over it you can feel the edges where the Artist laid in the colors.
This tray is plenty sturdy, so if you wanted to this could be used as a serving tray during the upcoming Holiday Season.
The front of this piece of Art Work is in what I would classify as 'Good Condition'. There are a few 'rusty' spots around the edges, and I'm sure an experienced craftsman could probably fix those, but it actually gives it a little character...that 'Shabby' look.
The back has not fared as well, it does have a few scratches even a break in the paint allowing a little rust to form...BUT...Hey..it's the Front you're concerned with...Right
This Classic Toleware Piece measures 17 1/2" Long and 13 1/4" Wide, so it's pretty good sized, but could still be displayed nicely, even hung.
My client couldn't put an exact age on this fine example of Toleware, said it has been "in the Family" for years, previously it belonged to His Aunt and He has had it on display in the Kitchen for years, so who knows There are no identifying marks of any kind that I could find...we just know it's OLD....
I have other Toleware listed, as well as some OLD Pictures with Frames, Mirrors, Collectibles, Cookware and Cook Books.
Some 'stuff' I have listed, or soon will be, would make really nice Christmas Gifts...how about some Waterford Crystal
