I accept returns but only if the item is not as its described in the listing. I have taken great care to ensure all items I sell are tested to ensure they are in proper functioning order.

I try to ship within 1 business day after reciept of payment. If complications arise and it takes an additional day the buyer is immediatly notified. I ship either UPS or USPS, whichever is most efficient and quickest in shipping the item. I only ship within the United States. International Shipping is done only on select items and the prospective buyer must contact me ahead of time to ask about international shipping.
