If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. We offer a money back refund for the item, less original shipping cost(if applicable), upon return of item in the condition it was received. Upon receipt your refund will be processed. Buyers are responsible for any shipping charges(if applicable). In the event that we made an error or misrepresented the item all charges will be refunded.  

We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Items paid on Friday afternoon or Saturday will be held for shipping the following Monday. In the event the Post Office is closed due to a holiday your item(s) ship the following business day. Items ship 1st Class or Priority based on weight.
