Defective Games may be exchanged for the same title only. You(the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs)

Unopened Games may be exchanged or refunded. You (the customer) will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened Video Games are non returnable, exchangable, or refundedable.

If you need to make a return simply email us and we will provide you with an RMA number. RMA numbers are good for 7 days from issue. Please return merchandise via trackable/traceable carrier (USP with delivery confirmation, UPS, FedEx, etc).
We at Excited Gamer love gaming as much as you do, that is why we will make every effort to ship your game(s) the same day your order is placed. Orders for merchandise that are placed before 2pm PST will ship that same day.

Excited Gamer does not ship to International Destinations at this time.

Any and All orders placed on Friday (before our cut-off time) with overnight shipping will be delivered on Monday. No Saturday deliveries.

All shipping times are not guaranteed and Excited Gamer can not be held accountable for any shipping delays due to an act of god (severe weather, flooding, etc.).
