The order return policy is 30 days (jewelry is 7 days) from the date the customer receives the order. The customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to obtain an RMA number.

Any product return or defect issues after 30 days the customer must then contact the manufacturer and adhere to their warranty policy. Any items returned must be undamaged, in their original packaging and must be able to be resold. Any products that arrive used, opened or in poor condition are not entitled to a refund.

We can ship to a USA address only.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
