Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions: If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 7 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. . If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.
