1. Before returning an item you MUST first contact us to obtain authorization to return the item. We will provide you with return instructions at that time. If an item is returned without further obtaining the return authorization, the return will not be accepted.
2. All returns are subject to a 10% processing fee and all shipping charges.
3. Returned items MUST be in "brand new condition" UNSED, in the manufactures box with all of the manufacturers packaging in place and with all paperwork. No items will be accepted for return if all of these conditions are not met.
4. Items MUST be returned within 7 business days after the date you receive the item.

We ship withi 7 business days following our receipt of cleared payment.

While we do make every effort to insure that all listed items here on Atomic Mall are inventory positive, there are occaisions which are beyond our control whereby an item may be rendered temporarily out of stock. In the event such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you and refund your purchase price. Should you however desire to wait for positive stock status of the item, we will provide you with a 5% inconvenience refund adjustment off the purchase price paid by you in the respective transaction.
