Items must be received in the same condition we sent it, with original tags and/or packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if item is returned damaged or has been used, or chewed in any way.

Please consider donating your items to a shelter or humane society in your area before returning.

Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please be sure to include a copy of your order so credit can properly applied and a reason for the return.

All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS) or UPS. Our average order ships in approximately 2-3 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii locations, orders are shipped via USPS.
