Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our items. We are happy to replace any defective item or refund your purchase price (less shipping cost) within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Please send us an email to request a return approval, this is required for all returns, and it helps us process your return and identify any problems, so that we can correct them on future orders. You will be given instructions on how to return your item(s) at that time.

Returns that are not defective will incur a 25% fee, so please read all descriptions and choose your items accordingly. All items are inspected for defects before being packaged and shipped to you. Personalized items are not returnable.

All items are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with some items being shipped directly from our vendors, and should arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
