We offer a full refund for the cost of most items (excluding shipping/handling) returned in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns must include either the original receipt or a Gift Receipt. We will not cover any return shipping costs unless it???s a result of our error. Return merchandise must not been worn or washed and with tags. We can also exchange an item to a different item provided the returned item is new, with tags and unwashed. We can also replace damaged or defective merchandise. Please indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange.

All orders will be shipped through UPS and can not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address or your order will be cancelled. Transit times vary by location which is usually 2-7 business days (Ground), and deliveries are usually not available during weekends and holidays. Second Day or Next Day Air are also available for immediate delivery. All orders placed before 4:30PM (EST) are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
