- If you haven't opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 7 days after the item received, no questions asked. We don't take back opened product
- The product must be unregistered and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it's a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.
- Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused
- Shipping charges aren't refundable
- Shipping fee of returning the item deducted to the buyer

- Items will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail of receiving full payment
- USPS Tracking Number will be provided
- There is no fixed time when the tracking will be given, we try to give the tracking number immediately after getting the tracking number
- Delivery time = Handling (up to 2 days) + Shipping
- Delivery dates aren't guaranteed & may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we'll try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time
