* If an item is received damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery!
(picture of the damage may be requested).
Conditions for item return/refund:
* request return authorization number
* must be in same condition as noted on purchase date
* must be in same packing box/material as was shipped
* must be returned/postmarked within 7 days of receipt
(customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance).
* Refund made less shipping cost.

Shipping:

* We re-use boxes and shipping materials whenever we can to save you money. Please let us know if you wish to pay $3.50 extra for new packing materials-must be notified when you purchase!
* Orders usually ship within one business day, not including weekends or holidays.
Payments made via check must clear bank before item will ship.
* We reserve the right to determine final shipping carrier such as: USPS, USPS priority, USPS parcel post, UPS ground, Fedex ground, etc.
* Items may ship separately.
