Returns on items that arrive DOA (items not working on arrival) will be replaced, or refund given if not replaceable. In most cases, we will replace authorized returns within 21 days of the order date. After 21 days, the manufacturer's or extended warranty procedures need to be followed.

Warranties vary from 30 days to 3 years, with extended warranties offered through Squaretrade. Buyers are expected to verify their CPU compatibility with the CPU Compatibility List for their specific motherboard found on the motherboard manufacturer's website. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on opened items.

All returns must be authorized because they need to be sent to different locations. Unauthorized or abused returns will not be accepted.

Flat rate or free shipping is offered in the United States and to limited international destinations including Canada, Europe, and Austrailia. Shipping usually processed within the same day to 5 business days for domestic orders, and 3-5 business days for international orders.

The primary method of shiping is insured USPS Priority and First Class mail with delivery confirmation for both domestic and international orders. UPS and FedEx are also used when economical, faster service is available or required.

If unable to ship to an address with insurance, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
