"The stuff that dreams are made of."
-- Sam Spade
We have been hand crafting and selling our Falcon for over 50 years andmake no mistake, this is no amateur made sculpture or interpretation, this is an authentic casting of a motion picture hand prop that had been in use for over 20 years when we acquired the 1941 original
mold in 1963.
The Falcon stands 12 inches tall--the size of the original movie prop used in John Huston's 1941 noir classic, "The Maltese Falcon". Based on the Dashiell Hammett novel of the same name, Humphrey Bogart perfectly portrays Hammett's famous detective, Sam Spade. While investigating the mysterious death of his partner, Miles Archer, he is put on the trail of the elusive Falcon of Malta.
