All of our new items are subject to a 14 day return policy in new unopened condition with a small 15% restocking fee. If the item is to be exchanged for a different size there will be no restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping on all returned items.

We ship via USPS or UPS services which ever we find to be the cheapest rates for our customers.
We Ship to the US 50 states within 7 days depending on buyers location many times this is sooner.
Large items may not be shipped to PO box addresses.
Free shipping weeks are sometimes offered at random. During this time any purchase made that is to be returned is subject to shipping charges paid by the buyer.
Zahler's Country Cabin is not responsible for any damages that occur as result of shipping.
