Customer satification is what we strive for.  We want you to be completely satified with your purchase. If some reason you are not satified with your purchase, you may return the product for an exchange or a refund.  Refunds are issued only after the item(s) are received and evaluated. All returns must be in (unused, untested,  and resalable), condition,  in their original packaging, with all accessories, kit components, and instructions materials (if applicable). Purchases must be returned within ten (10) days of purchased.

Most items are shipped within 3-5 working days after payment is processed.  If an order is not shipped within 5 working days, you will be notified of the expected shipping date.  You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Ninty (90%) percent of orders are shipped within 3-5 working days, but occasionally certain orders may be on backorder resulting in longer shipment time.  Orders are normally shipped UPS and USPS.
