Return Refund Policy: In the rare event you want to return your purchase, items may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.  Products must be returned by UPS ground and insured for full value.  A return authorization number must be obtained from us before returning merchandise along with obtaining the proper address to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
