If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at customerservice@clutterbugcottage.com within 7 days to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to make arrangements to return the item. Once we received the returned item we will gladly process your refund. Shipping costs are only refunded if the return was due to our error.

USA Orders: We offer USPS Parcel Post & Priority Mail, UPS, and Federal Express.

International Orders: We ship to almost anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail International. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
