You must contact us for an RMA number prior to returning any item for repair, replacement, or refund and the RMA number must be clearly shown on the return shipping label. Returns for a refund must be made within 7-days upon receipt and must be in original condition, in original packaging, with all accessories and instructions included with return shipping prepaid. Items that are returned that are not in their original condition, in original packaging, or have any parts or instructions missing, will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

We ship all orders within one business day via USPS first class mail for orders the weigh 13oz or less and Priority mail for orders over 13oz. We will email you the shipping details once your order has been shipped.
