Please contact me for return approval instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) after you receive your item(s).  Items received for return must be in the same condition as it was when they were sent to you.  Original ship costs are not refunded.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs.   Returns must be received within seven (7) days of when you contacted us regarding the return. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned items to cover the processing costs of the original order.

I try hard to ship all items the next business day after the purchase.  Most items will be shipped by UPS-Ground. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.  APO addresses have to be shipped USPS Priority Mail Insured.
