If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within 14 working days of delivery with your product name and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will arrange to prepare and ship a replacement for the original returned item. We can NOT give refund for any open item.

USA - Most items will arrive in 7-10 days. Larger orders will be processed by courier and can arrive within 5 days. Other Countries will mostly be 2 weeks but with larger orders will be processed using a courier and arrive in around 5 days.
